Dear Karen,
Hey girl how are you? It's been a while. I know we haven't spoken much since I moved out here to Aquatic but honestly I have just been so caught up. I remember you telling me that it would be a waste of time for me to move and that I was naive to believe that a perfect world existed. I'm writing to you to tell you that you were wrong.
When we heard about all of this, we both laughed at the idea. The more and more they expanded, the more interested I became. In fact, I believed in Aquatica so much that I am the first president here. It is so exciting. I made up every component of the Ten Eloquent Commandments and I also wrote the Aquatica Declaration of independence. You were my best friend when I was living in New York and the only thing missing from my perfect life is you. I know you still think that you will never be happy living in this so called perfect society but I have honestly found true happiness here. Everyone treats one another with the highest level of respect. It is unbelievable. I think that making respect mandatory really made people comfortable and feel safe. Life is so much more easier now that there are no taxes to worry about and jobs are so accepting. Now you only have to have a high school diploma to qualify for most jobs. The crime rate here is incredible because there really isn't any. It is one of the safest communities I have ever lived in much less heard of. I am so happy to be living here and that is why I am trying to convince you to make the same move. Compared to most societies, you can practically do what you want and have the freedom to do what you please.
I also remember you telling me one day that you wanted to quit your job because you were working at a law firm that was dominated by men. Here, you can practically be your own boss. The amount of equality in this country is almost too good to be true. Men aren't overpowering women and women have just as much say. I don't know what more to tell you except this is the closest thing to paradise. This society has even changed me as a person. I care more about the environment, I actually listen to politicians and don't find them boring now that I have to vote. It is amazing how a few requests can change your life completely. We run under a democracy meaning we ultimately have a say in our place of residence. How can you say no to that?
Well I know that I have taken up enough of your time. You might be sitting there rolling your eyes as usual or even laughing at the thought of me really being serious about convincing you to give Aquatica a chance. On the other hand, maybe I said some things that have attracted you into thinking more about coming out here with me. I don't know but what I do know is I am 25 years old with a loving husband, a child, a great job and a great place to live with very little complaints. You're right about one thing, there is not such thing as a perfect society but there is Aquatica and this place is a “more perfect” society than anywhere else.

She represents wisdom, grace, beauty, harmony, balance, trust, elogance and protection. All aspects needed to be a faithful citizen to Aquatica. With kindness and truth, we admire the strength and ability to dominant the aquatic world underneath us.
The highest position in Aquatican government is the president. After that, there will be a prime minister, a premier, a mayor and a council. Of course there will be many roles within this government system but these are the main ones. This society will be ran under a democracy meaning the citizens have a say in everything that concerns Aquatica. Voting is a requirement for any decisions that need to be made regarding the citizens well being. The president does have an overall say but is demanded to by law take in the consideration of the people before his/her own. Mayors will be assigned to different parts of Aquatica to deal with smaller affairs. The council will be represented with members from different areas to speak for the citizens based on what and who the citizens elect. The premier and prime minister serve as the presidents left and right arm. They have the ability to make decisions with the presidents permission and can make decisions without the president as long as they are democratic.
This motto serves as a declaration and a promise that our citizens live by. It signifies the homage we give to the animal founder of our community the dolphin and it shows the dedication and everlasting love we have for our home.
